I was a little skeptical when going to place the order. I didn't want some cheap hat with a patch sewn onto it, even though, judging by the price, you'd think that'd be what I'd receive. Although, once I got the hat, I was pleasantly surprised to see the lettering was stitched on! I believe the correct term is "embroidered". It's great quality, the flex fit is comfortable, and I'd highly recommend it!
