I designed and submitted a custom piece of artwork for this hat, and was really nervous about it looking weird or bad. So I was relieved when the rep who contacted me about it walked me through a sample embroidered design and even lent me his expert opinion on how to make it look its best (I asked him for it, he didn't just start telling me what I should do!). Thanks to him, the hat wound up being exactly what I was hoping for, looks absolutely perfect, fits great, and I wear it nearly every day. It's great for outdoor wear, rain or shine, and is extremely comfortable whether I'm out jogging or just hanging out with friends. I can't recommend it highly enough; I'm telling all of my friends about this positive experience!
