Our polarized lenses are designed using proprietary multi-layered polarized film and patented processing technology to deliver unsurpassed distortion free, enhanced vision while maintaining maximum polarized glare reduction. The polarized polycarbonate lenses are manufactured as a "one piece" polarized lens. That is, the polarized film is incorporated into the lens during the injection process. As opposed to the "bent sheet" laminated process used by many sunglass lens manufacturers. An injected polarized lens is a perfect solution from the optical point of view because its surfaces are parallel and the optical ray is not distorted in any way. The result is clearer optics throughout the entire viewing area. Our polarized lenses also include one of the industries strongest hard coatings, increasing their durability and scratch resistance. Our lenses block up 99.9% of polarized light and absorb 100% of all UV sunlight.
