I purchased this bag 3 months ago. A few weeks ago, the seam of the top of the bag where the drawstrings are held began to come apart. It was not an issue at first, but it began to get much worse. The bag is an absolute mess now. I never overstuffed the bag or used it in any way that would cause this to happen. This bag is definitely not "built to last" as the description claims. Definitely find another product to buy, because this one isn't worth it.
