I ordered 2 hats on this particular order; and I own over 100 New Era fitteds. When the hats came, the 73/8 nationals hat fit perfect; but the 7 1/2 Skins Wordknock hat was way too small; size was mislabeled, was a 7 at best. I called customer service immediately, and they told me to take it into the lids store to be returned. She also kept me on hold to make sure they had more size 7 1/2 in stock to send me back. When she assured me my size was in stock, (midnight here on the west coast, on a Saturday night); we ended the call and I went in to the lids store the next morning at 10am (opening). At the lids store, they tried to tell me I would have to pay for shipping to return the hat ( after I was assured the night prior that express shipping was waived) they got me on the phone with customer service again, and the rep told me my size was sold out; and tried to tell me I just need to keep the size that doesn't fit.....horrible customer service, literally the worst I have ever dealt with!!! And when you look at my account; I buy 2-3 fitteds a week!

I were my jets hat with my jets jersey matches with any I wear because it has black
