The hat is awesome! Lidz's shipping was fast & on-time, but the tracking said it was delivered to FLORIDA and I live in MICHIGAN! When I called customer service, they just told me it could take up to 8 business days and that the tracking is often wrong! If that's the case, CHANGE SHIPPING COMPANIES!!! Great hat, customer service leaves much to be desired.
