Really Cute hat! but if your child is over 18 months it probably isn't going to fit. I'm amazed they list the age range to 4. I don't know a single 4 year old this would fit. My son is 2 and it's too small. I should have ordered the child size from the start, I would suggest you do the same, since it's adjustable and the toddler size isn't.
