Found my first try with the Ole Miss website to be difficult. First, I was sent wrong items. Entirely. Ordered Ole Miss womens medium hoodie and Ole Miss womens medium tshirt. In about 10 days (!), received two Chicago Cubs mens shirts, size large. Customer service was very helpful, apologetic and accomodating. Sent replacement hoodie out right away. (Tshirt had sold out in meantime) Received hoodie quickly, but much too small. My daugther wears a 4, ordered Medium for big "comfy clothes" fit. Now, ordering a large. If not, we'll give up!!

I think it looked better on the webpage than in real life. I don't know why, plus the fit didn't work.
