The website lists M as 9-10 for men and does not list an XS for women. When the flip flops arrived, they had an attached tag showing M was 7-8 for men and L was 8-10. The label also shows an XS is made for women 5-6. As a result our flops were too large and too small to wear. I contacted customer service to advise them of the advertising error, which I was told would be corrected, and to obtain a return label. I was told it would take as many as 7 days to arrive. A month later it has still not arrived and the website is still giving the wrong information on sizing.

Love the flip flops but . . .
. . . please be aware that the sizing listed on the order site is incorrect. I just received two pairs (for wife and myself). On the order site it lists Medium as size 9-10. On the size chart attached to the flip flops Medium is Men 7-8, so I can't wear them since I'm a size 10. The order site also does not show the flip flops available in XS, which is listed on the flip flops as Women's 5-6, which is my wife's size. So we are having to return both pairs for exchange for the correct sizes.
