I have a few of the MLB Palmetto Franchise hats, for the different teams I follow. They're comfortable and have a nice worn, distressed look to them. The only issue I encountered was with the sizing. I wear an XL hat and found the sizing on this line varied considerably; some XL's were just right, while others fell over my ears. I had to order three times for two different team's hats before getting that "just right" size. I guess in the end all's well, but I still can't understand why the sizing is so variable and why the QC system can't eliminate this problem.
