I've bought a couple hats from lids and a 7 3/8 is the perfect fit for me. Not only was the hat 100% polyester and not wool, it was too big for my head. Customer service gave me some [*] excuse saying the different materials change the hat size... Lame!At least the return will be easy and I won't have to pay additional shipping. Never buying my hats online.
