The order took a very long time to be processed and then took a long time to ship to the store. When received, it was over 3 weeks from the time it was ordered. The brim was slightly bent when I picked it up, but since it was a personalized gift for my son that was late, I gave it to him anyway so as to avoid another long lead time.
