It took a good while for it to arrive, and when I got it I was severely unimpressed. Ugly, small, not true to size. I then had to Drive 64 miles to the closest location to try and get a quick exchange for something else, but ended up having to re-order online anyway, which resulted in me paying for shipping and handling twice. Never again, Lids. Never again.

Production/shipment took almost 2 weeks since I placed the order even though I had expedited shipping, which I eventually increased more because I was in a rush. Hat sizes make no sense, I have multiple other same caps that fit fine, and these are an a finger space too big. Ridiculous.
