The photo of the product i ordered online is not what i actually got. The person at the store where i picked up my item told me i was not the first to mention this but there is nothing they could do about it. It ended up working out but i did not like that i was surprised with a different product than i thought i ordered. Also your system of ordering online and picking up in the store is horrible and i will never use it again. I had to keep calling customer service for a possible delivery date to the store and was ASSURED a person in the store would call me when my item was there. When i heard nothing from the store i called them and was told yes my item was there.... had i not called would i have gotten my item in time for Christmas, probably not.
