Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Occasionally, the LIDS Distribution Center will be closed due to a Holiday or our yearly physical inventory. No orders will be processed or shipped when the LIDS Distribution Center is closed.
Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited. For more information regarding the delivery of your oversized item, please contact us.
Some items sold on our website require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. At lids.com, we comply with these regulations; therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
