Exchanging an Item
When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the replacement item(s) you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend that you simply return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement item(s) on our website. By doing this, you will receive your new item(s) faster and with a much better chance that they will be in stock.
In order for custom embroidered product to be processed correctly, a Customer Care Representative must give you authorization for your return or exchange. Custom embroidered merchandise must be mailed back to our Customer Care Department to be processed, and may not be returned to one of our retail stores.
