Product Review Guidelines

We want our customers to get the information they need to make smart buying choices, and we'd love to have your help doing that. As a LIDS customer, you can submit a review for any product listed on our website. We encourage you to share your opinions, both favorable and unfavorable. When submitting a review, we ask that you be specific about why you liked or disliked the product. We will not remove a product review because it is critical. We believe any information you can share will be helpful to our customers. That being said, we reserve the right to remove reviews that contain the following:

Objectionable Material

  • Obscene or distasteful content
  • Profanity or spiteful remarks

Promotional or Inappropriate Content

  • Advertisements, promotional material or repeated posts that make the same point excessively
  • Sentiments by or on behalf of a person or company with a financial interest in the product or a directly competing product (including reviews by authors, artists, publishers, manufacturers, or third-party merchants selling the product)
  • Other people's material
  • Phone numbers, postal mailing addresses, and URLs external to lids.com
  • Details about availability, price, or alternate ordering/shipping
  • Comments on other reviews visible on the page (because page visibility is subject to change without notice)

Off-Topic Information

  • Feedback on the seller, your shipment experience or the packaging
  • Feedback about typos or inaccuracies in our catalog or product description
