What is LIDS Club?
LIDS Club is our customer loyalty program that rewards our customers for shopping with LIDS. Please go to www.lids.com/Club for more information regarding our new LIDS Club program.
Can I use my LIDS Club card online?
Do I need to be registered on your website to receive my LIDS Club discount for online purchases?
Can I use my LIDS Club card for LIDS Clubhouse locations?
LIDS Club cards can only be used in select LIDS Clubhouse locations.
Can the first discount be applied as soon as I purchase my membership to LIDS Club?
The first discount can be applied after the first item purchased. If more than one product is being purchased, the highest priced item(s) is sold at full price while the rest of the items, when eligible, are discounted.
Do I have to have my LIDS Club card with me to get my discounts in-store?
Yes. You must physically present the card when purchasing products in-store.
Can I use my LIDS Club discount for items on sale?
LIDS Club discounts can only be taken from the ticket price of items, or our permanently marked down products. The discount cannot be applied to any other sales promotions unless specifically noted in the promotion or discount.
Where do I enter my LIDS Club ID number online?
When you create an account at www.lids.com/MyAccount, it will ask if you are a LIDS Club member. Click yes, and a box will pop up where you can enter in your LIDS Club ID number. If you already registered online, sign on to your account. Go to My Account, click Account Information on the left hand side, and you can add your LIDS Club information there. You must be logged onto your account to receive any points or discounts for online purchases.
Does LIDS sell or trade my personal information?
No, LIDS will never sell or trade your personal information.
Can I share my LIDS Club membership with family and friends?
No, LIDS Club memberships cannot be shared.
Where can I go to update my profile?
You can update your profile by logging on to www.lids.com/SignIn and clicking on Account Information on the left hand side of the page.
Do I have to be a LIDS Club member to get the 10% off promotion for signing up for mobile texting?
No, you do not have to be a LIDS Club member to get the 10% off promotion. All you have to do is text LIDSONLINE (for online alerts), LIDS (for store alerts), and/or LOCKERROOM (for Locker Room store alerts) to 477493. You can sign up for one or all three! You will then be sent a text with an offer for 10% off a single item. All you have to do is show the text message in store to be eligible for the discount! Where can I find my LIDS Club ID number?
Your LIDS Club ID number is the 10-digit number that can be found at the back of your LIDS Club card under the barcode.
What happens if I lose or misplace my LIDS Club card?
If you lose or misplace your LIDS Club card, please call our Customer Care Department and they can re-issue you another card.
If I forgot my LIDS Club card on my last purchase, can I still get my discounts?
No. You must have your card at the time of purchase.
I forgot my LIDS Club card. What do I do?
Currently, the only way you can get discounts in-store is to have the physical card in-hand when making the purchases.
Can I combine my LIDS Club discounts with any other promotions?
The LIDS Club discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions unless it is specifically noted within the promotion or discount.
Who can I contact with questions or problems with the LIDS Club program?
You can contact our Customer Care Department and they can address any questions or problems you may have.
How do I know if I have reached LIDS Club Pro status?
If your e-mail is registered at www.lids.com, you will receive an e-mail regarding your status change. You can also see your status online when you log onto your account. Your status will also be printed on every receipt. Otherwise, contact our Customer Care Department and they can inform you of your status.
How can I reach LIDS Club Pro status?
To reach LIDS Club Pro status, you must earn at least 300 points within your membership year. You can go to www.lids.com/Club for more information on our new LIDS Club program and LIDS Club Pro membership. Remember: points can only be earned online at this time.
What is the LIDS Club Semi-Pro level?
Please go to www.lids.com/Club for information on the LIDS Club Semi-Pro level.
What is the difference between LIDS Club Basic and LIDS Club Pro?
Please go to www.lids.com/Club for information on our new LIDS Club program.
What if I reach LIDS Club Pro near the end of my membership? Will I lose it at my annual membership?
All LIDS Club Pro members will have a 90-day Semi-Pro level membership if their Pro membership expires and they renew their membership. The 90 days begin at time of Pro-level expiration. You can go to www.lids.com/Club for more information on Semi-Pro level membership.
How can I earn LIDS Club points?
You can earn LIDS Club points for every purchase you make at at any LIDS or LIDS Locker Room stores, and www.lids.com. LIDS Club members must be registered and logged onto their account on www.lids.com/MyAccount to receive points and discounts. You can register at www.lids.com/MyAccount.
If I return a product that gave me reward points, will I still get to keep those points?
No. Those points will automatically deduct from your balance.
My last purchase did not add points to my LIDS Club account. Why is that?
It takes at least one business day for the points to be added onto your account, so be sure and check back soon! If the points still have not been added after 24 hours, you can call our Customer Care Department and they can help you with your account.
How are LIDS Club points calculated?
You earn 1 point for every 1 dollar you spend at any LIDS or LIDS Locker Room locations and at www.lids.com.
Can I still earn LIDS Club points if I don't register online?
Do I earn points if I purchase gift cards?
No, points are only given to those redeeming the gift cards.
What happens to my points at the end of my membership?
All your points expire at the end of your membership. If you are at the LIDS Club Pro level and renew your membership at (or before) expiration of your membership date, you will automatically be enrolled in our Semi-Pro level. Please go to www.lids.com/Club for more information regarding our LIDS Semi-Pro membership.
Can I earn points if I refer others to LIDS Club?
At this time, you do not earn points for referring others to LIDS Club.
Do my points expire?

I just became a LIDS Club member. Can I receive points for prior purchases?
No, you cannot receive points for purchases prior to being a LIDS Club member.
How can I check my LIDS Club point balance?
You can see your point balance online if you registered your card at www.lids.com. Point balances are also printed on all receipts. Lastly, you can call our Customer Care Department and they can give you your point balance.
How will I know when my membership, and therefore points, expires?
Are points rounded up or down to the nearest dollar?
The points follow standard rounding rules. For example, if your purchase is between $19.50 and $20.49, you would receive 20 points. If your purchase is between $20.50 and $21.49, you would receive 21 points.
When will I receive my points for purchases I make?
Points are received one business day after the purchase is made.
How do I become a LIDS Club member?
How long does my LIDS Club membership last?
All LIDS Club memberships are good for one year from date of purchase.
Can I renew my LIDS Club membership online?
Yes! You can go to www.lids.com/ClubRenew to renew your membership.
How much does it cost to join LIDS Club?
It only costs $5.00 to join LIDS Club! Benefits will begin after the first item purchase.
Can I reactivate my old LIDS Club account?
How do I register my LIDS Club membership online?
You can create an account at www.lids.com/MyAccount. It will ask for your LIDS Club card number and your personal information. If you already have a profile online, sign on to your profile, and click on Account Information on the left hand side of the page under My Account. You can enter your LIDS Club membership information there.
Who can join LIDS Club?
Anyone can join LIDS Club*!
*Customers under the age of 18 may not enroll in LIDS Club in the state of Maine.
Can I enroll if I do not live in the U.S.?
The LIDS Club program is only available to those who live in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
I enrolled to become a LIDS Club member online/over the phone. How long will it take to receive my card?
You should receive your card within 5-7 business days.
