Employee W-2 Information

Genesco provides access to online W-2s allowing you to obtain your W-2 earlier. It also eliminates the chance that your W-2 will get lost, misdirected or delayed during mail delivery. Signing up for online access is easy and secure. W-2s will be available for online access in early January. Paper copies will be mailed no later than January 31, 2012. By consenting to receive your W-2 electronically, you will have access to your W-2 anytime and can print as many copies as you need. You will not receive a paper copy through the mail. Don't delay, sign up for online access today!

STEPS TO ACCESS YOUR W-2:

  1. Go to www.mygenesco.com
  2. Follow UltiPro Login Instructions (listed below)
  3. Click the "Myself" tab.
  4. Click the "W-2" tab under the Pay Section.
  5. Click "Change W-2 Consent Form" under "Things I Can Do" Section in the right corner.
  6. Click "I want an electronic copy only".

ULTIPRO LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Go to www.mygenesco.com
  2. USER NAME: First four letters of last name + 6-digit employee number (employee number can be found on your current pay stub in the top left corner, under Pay Details). EXAMPLE: smit012345
  3. PASSWORD: Date of birth using MMDDYYYY format; your birth date is a temporary password only. When you log in for the first time, the system will prompt you to change this temporary password for a permanent one that only you will know. EXAMPLE: 01051990 (January 5, 1990)
  4. Press LOG IN button. At this point, you will be prompted to create a new password based on specific requirements for security purposes.
  5. Once you have created a new password, you will be prompted to answer three security questions in order to reset your password in the future.
  6. That's it! You're in!
